TLDR: We reignited Starbucks brand fandom on social.

The longer version: Starbucks asked us to help them build brand love through social-first content on TikTok and Instagram.

We uncovered trends, insights and IYKYK moments from the coffee-obsessed community, serving up the content Starbucks fans had been craving. To bring this to life, we launched Starbucks’ first-ever braintrust, culture lab, creator-led content, and social-first photoshoots that kept the brand at the heart of culture.

RESULTS: Over the course of a year, we helped increase engagement rate by 23% and generated lots of fan love.
